Hachidori’s menus are thoughtfully curated around what is fresh and available at local markets. While rooted in Japanese home cooking, the dishes extend beyond traditional Japanese and Asian flavors, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine and other culinary traditions from around the world. Kaori believes that organic, local, and seasonal ingredients bring out the very best in food—making each meal more delicious, nourishing, and environmentally mindful, with a lighter carbon footprint.
